Stratogel 3D

Medium viscosity gel applied on the surface of 3D printed models, for separating cold cure dental acrylics

The gel, despite its viscosity, spreads easily over the surface and when it dries it creates a thin plastic layer. STRATOGEL acts as a separating film between the 3D resin model and the acrylic resin. The product is supplied with the correct viscosity to be effective with a single coat. However, a second layer can be applied on top of the first one when dealing with rougher surfaces (printing models larger than 100 microns).

The first coat must be completely dry before starting the acrylic work. At separation, the Stratogel layer comes off of the 3D model cleanly and is easily washed off of the acrylic with water and a brush.

STRATOGEL leaves no residue, does not attack the acrylic resin or the 3D resin model and does not alter its properties. It does not contain any toxic elements.
