Shining 3D’s new AccuFab-CEL 6K LCD Dental printer has some serious improvements under the hood, offering a next-level printing experience to dental practitioners across the field.

One-click lock

Compared to the Knob on the L4D, the CEL has changed from Knob platform to One-click Lock for an upgrade of the user experience. The One-click lock only has two status: ON or OFF,  for a more obvious checking.

Dual Size Ceramic Platform

The AccuFab-CEL ships Small and Standard ceramic platforms. The ceramic platform is chemically inert and biocompatible, which is safer during printing and does not contaminate glass charged resins with metallic resiues. It also boasts a longer lifespan.

Real Time Cabin Environment Control

Cabin temperature and humidity is monitored in real time during printing. These are displayed on the printer’s touch screen. When the surrounding environment isn’t at optimum printing temperature, the controller automatically heats up the cabin temperature up to 27 degrees before starting printing and during, ensuring accuracy and stability during printing as well as a higher success rate.

Upgraded Z axis

The AccuFab-CEL ’s linear railing system has been upgraded for smoother movement during printing, creating a quieter working environment without excessive noise.

Six-core CPU mainboard with 5 GHz Wi-Fi Connection

Shining3D ’s self-developed mainboard is equipped with a six-core high performance CPU and supports a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection. The updated CPU guarantees super fast data processing and transferring while the new mainboard promotes a long lifespan of the printer.

Upgraded light engine and higher resolution

The AccuFab-CEL’s new 6K LCD panel, which boasts a pixel size of only 35µm, allows the reproduction of even finer details, while it’s new optical hybrid light module substancially improves the light distribution uniformity, further ensuring accuracy across the entire printing surface.
