Returns or Exchanges

We are committed to sell quality products that are guaranteed against any defects. If after initial usage you feel that the product is not of the quality you expected, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can take the necessary corrective steps. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may return the product in its original box within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund (less shipping) based on the original form of payment. Returns beyond 30 days require prior authorization and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. These returns are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other merchandises.
